How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via credit card or Cash on delivery (COD) for all orders placed within UAE. If you’re having trouble paying for your order and need help with alternative mode of payment, please write to us at info@renthelabel.com .
Can I cancel my order?
Orders Can be cancelled only if not processed. You may have to call us at +971508868149 or email us @info@renthelabel.com So we can sort this out for you immediately before shipping .
Your refund will be processed through your mode of payment within 10 working days.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within UAE for all order above AED 150.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we do on case to case basis. For all international orders, please do write to us at @ info@renthelabel.com to receive detailed shipping charges before placing an order.
When will the order be delivered?
Orders usually take within 1-3 working days for Dubai, 2-4 working days rest of UAE. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays.
